EXCLUSIVE AUTHORIZATION WRIT FOR PURPOSES OF THE
LEGAL COUNSEL FUND
WHEREIN
SECTION ONE : APPOINTMENT
Following preliminary and substantive confidential discussions between the principal parties (A) REMY ANDRE van PELT, ESQ [RAvP] and (B) SHQWI'QWAL RALPH CHARLES GOODWIN YUXWULETUN [SQYX], it is mutually agreed between the parties RAvP & SQYX that RAvP shall
- undertake the obligations to enact and promote the Mission of the Legal Counsel Fund;
- wherein, funding for retaining competent legal counsel of choice for specific project purposes - as detailed in Section Two, below - shall be accumulated, held; and, expended in / from the trust account as prescribed by RAvP
- in a manner consistent with prevailing international laws regulating such activities in manners as developed for the benefit of the good administration of law and justice in a free and democratic society
- Ambassador At Large [AAL] (per international provisions of the 1969 UN Special Missions Convention) is the official designation for Mister van Pelt, Esq in these matters.
SECTION TWO : TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Mission of this Legal Counsel Fund, herein, is as follows
- Matters of public interest in both domestic and international matters are the central focus of this Legal Counsel Fund; and, this fund shall
- provide adequate funding to retain qualified lawyers / legal counsel in matters which are pre-approved by the AAL; with the advice of consultants, as he may be appropriate from time to time
- The AAL and consultants may develop and maintain official office headquarters and satellite services as may reasonably meet with good public policy
- Remunerations for services rendered of all parties shall be consistent with those that would follow the guidelines of the International Chamber of Commerce provisions
SECTION THREE : PURPOSES OF THE LEGAL COUNSEL FUND
Integrity of Purpose is the principal purpose of the Legal Counsel Fund. These guidelines originate through reasonable assessment of the crisis of access to legal counsel - namely, fees for services in comparison to the ability of the client to pay for such services; therefore,
- The ALL - in seeking out advice from the agents / consultants - shall weigh each mission project from the focus of determining the growth of good public policy from providing funding into a Mission Project
- Fundamental Human Rights arising from the principles of FREE PRIOR INFORMED CONSENT in conjunction with issues of civil and political rights in a free and democratic society shall be the mandate to the ALL
SECTION FOUR : JURISDICTION OF THE LEGAL COUNSEL FUND
This said Legal Counsel Fund shall determine Mission Projects on a global basis
GRANTING AUTHORITY
This authority to commence operations of the Legal Counsel Fund is herein offered through the authority of Consecutively Settled Sovereign Peoples (CSSP). Such authority may be withdrawn through delivered written notice for cause.
